Martin Short needs a short leash

Seeing Martin Short playing David Lynch is very funny, as is Steve Martin, but the plot is stale and it feels like leftover material from a routine sitcom and the script and comedian (in a fat suit for most of the time) seem to have no basic boundaries. Final Grade: D+
