An underdog story void of charm, originality and laughs; Simon Pegg proves he simply can't carry his own movie without help from cohorts Edgar Wright and Nick Frost, nor can he make up the lack from a screenplay cobbled together with stock characters and plastic situations. FInal Grade: D+
