Charles Coburn and Robert Cummings are delightful in this old-school screwball comedy in which a millionaire disguises himself as a clerk in his own department store. Fast, funny entertainment with Coburn scoring a much-deserved Oscar nomination (though it should've been for Best Actor and not for Best Supporting Actor). Final Grade: B+
