The Movie Critic:Game Of Death Review (1978)

Game Of Death. A stupid stupid film. Originally a film made by Bruce Lee which went under production in 1972 but was put on hold so Bruce Lee could film Enter the Dragon that same year. He went back to filming it in 1973 but Bruce Lee could not complete due to his untimely death. After that there were multiple attempts to complete Game Of Death but the most famous is the one directed by Robert Clouse which was released in 1978/1979. This Film is a mix match of an actor pretending to be Bruce Lee and the real Bruce Lee from deleted footage and footage from his funeral. This film is a disgrace to Bruce Lee's career and its really sad that he couldn't finish the film as he intended to. Although the film is disgraceful the last ten minutes are worth watching because of the final fight scenes. There was a Sequel, Game Of Death II this is much better than the original Game Of Death but it claims to star Bruce Lee even though it was released 8 years after Bruce Lee's death. Again its got footage of Bruce Lee from his older films and his own Funeral. Think what Game Of Death could had been like if Bruce finished it would it be Famous like His other Films or would if be forgotten?
