Officially Begins The 2009 Summer Movie Season.

Saw this almost a month ago and felt I should write a review since I haven't in awhile. This Star Trek, reboot you might say, captures all the old elements we came to love and made it a treat for Trekkies to watch, seeing all their favourite originals rendered by new actors. (Trust me, this'll launch their careers)
The action scenes are solid and dazzling, and really, you'll never get bored for a moment. New to Star Trek? Don't sweat it, you're not missing anything. The great thing about Star Trek is that it'll be able to attract a new younger audience to the original television series.
The Leonard Nimoy roll as a future Spock was very interesting, and made it even more irresistible. For those with an ignorant reputation, you no longer need to say you're ashamed you like it. Star Trek will blow you away.
With solid acting and character portrayals, simple understandable plot, and flashy action sequences, Star Trek starts the 2009 Summer movie season with a bang, and is the best sci-fi movie of 2009 so far.
