Am I the only one who liked this?

Well, I somehow believe this to be somewhat of a stand alone film. Sure many say it is for the die-hard fans of the X-Files television show, but I wasn't even expecting to see this movie. I never was a real big fan of the X Files, and somehow I ended up at the theatre watching the sequel to the first X files movie from 1998. Which I hadn't seen. Even watching the sequel to a television series based movie based on a television show( which i rarely watch) I still understood everything at enjoyed it. Probably because i was pleasantly surprised. I had the lowest expectations for this film, but ended up enjoying it.
But it's not something I'd go to the theatre to see for a second time.
