Great acting...all else, boring

The acting was brilliant by everyone. But, nothing happened, which was probably the point, to show us how boring and monotonous are lives are. The "Keeping up with the Jones's" syndrome. However, I found it boring and unentertaining, which is what a movie is supposed to do, entertain, not matter the subject of the film. I think any sane viewer realizes how boring their own lives are and they don't need it pounded into their head.
