One of Anderson's better films, but not quite his best. It has all of the Anderson tropes, bright colors, a retro feel, models that clearly look like models. The most grating part of this film, and what cost it a half-star is a the dialogue, specifically Ralph Fiennes'. I understand that the wanted to show the beauty of language, but it was too much.
The story itself was brilliant. Boy with Apple will forever live in my memory. Ultimately it didn't pass the watch test. The watch test asks the question, "did I look at my watch during the film?" So, it wasn't quite as good as it could've been, but a must-see nonetheless.

I hope to see this sometime this week (or at least shortly). It's probably my most anticipated movie at this point - Anderson films always leave me feeling good
