An excellent film about a boy trying to find his way in life while dealing with depression, child abuse, his friend's suicide and the lack of close personal relationships. The acting is great in this film as is the writing. It kind of takes a leap of faith near the end when Charlie has his (final?) mental breakdown and we're left to fill in the blanks about his aunt abusing him. Although, a few scenes later this is all spelled out for us. I highly recommend this to anyone.
