Not the Hitchcock I'm Looking For

This is a fine film, in all aspects, it's just not the film I was hoping for. The scenes involving the making of Psycho are quite fun, but they are pushed to the background in favor of the relationship between Hitchcock and his wife. The whole relationship felt cliche. I did like some of the insight into Hitchock's personality and the moments involving the presence of Ed Gein. Worth seeing for the Hitchcock fan.
