everything can't always be perfect

ok so i am a HUGE fan of twilight and the series. so much so i went to the midnight premiere for the movie. i went in not expecting it to be perfect, but better than it was. after seeing the harry potter movies and how they change and mess with the story i wasn't expecting much. it would be a good movie if they didn't call it twilight, but they did. many of the scenes were done to perfection, but others like the one where bella and edward have the "fake" fight was a million times better in the book, it just had more detail. the biggest disappointment was the locations. the cullens house was all wrong. it is supposed to be this old victorian house in the middle of a huge field but instead in the movie it is incredibly modern. charlie's house is another that was done horribly. it was supposed to look like there hadn't been a woman of the house since bella was born, but instead it looks like something straight out of the crate and barrel catalog. forks high school is not supposed to look that modern either, it's a small town high school, not a preppy academy. the movie is cast perfectly though. i had my doubts about kristen stewart and said that it would all come down to the way that she performed and let me tell you she hit this one out of the park. she is bella in all senses of the word. the same goes for robert pattinson, i know that it was a concern of many twilight fans that he wouldn't be hot enough (because edward is supposed to be hotter than a greek god) and he certainly delivers. the cullen clan is perfect!!! you should have heard the gasp of all the girls in the theater when carlisle makes his entrance in the hospital. overall the movie wasn't a huge flop. it was good i will give it that much. if you haven't read the books then you will love it trust me. (unless you hate love stories then you will run from the theater screaming) but if you have read the books you will most likely have the same complaints that i have, but you will go out of the theater hoping the next one is better.
