Exemplary, Heartwarming, Fun, you name it. The film goes against typical animation formula wherein there are wall to wall pop-culture and potty jokes and the like. This is far more deeper and multi-layered which is refreshing since most recent animated films are rather superficial. I commend Pixar for crafting a film that engages audiences in thought, rather than churning out films that spoon-feed the audience.
Wall-E may be a robot but he is someone many of us could relate to for he exhibits emotions that are all too human. Anybody who has an ounce of heart left in them would definitely feel for the little guy. The visuals are outstanding as always which we've come to expect from Pixar, but it is the story of Wall-E that many of us will take to heart. Overall, this film is one for the ages. Recent animated films filled with juvenile humor-no matter how entertaining they may be-will be forgotten, however, Wall-E will be timeless and definitely be remembered for years and years to come.
