Tragically disjointed. If they'd ended the film at the end of the war that'd have made for a good flick. If they'd started with the end of the war, that'd have made for a decent flick. If they'd made another movie about his decedent's court case, that'd have made for a good flick. Putting all three together was a terrible idea.
