"Havoc," like most Indie movies of the early 2000s is an epic story of the rich slumming it with the poor. Anne Hathaway plays a playfully dangerous girl who finds that the penultimate thrill is to go south and into the dusty parts of the Little Mexican Underground to fool around with men, clash with race and station, and in the end, find herself in the most unlikely of places and truly discover who she is. A graphic depiction of the untimely world we live, "Havoc" is a great Indie-scene find.
