Dear God, who thought it'd be a good idea to have Brooke Shields ride two ridiculously fake alligators to the rescue? Who thought that people remembered the comic strip this movie was based off of? Why does the quality of EVERYTHING change so much whether it be lighting, cinematography, or even the costumes that people wear? Only remnant of consistency is that Brenda Starr (1992) is a truly awful film; the nadir of comic strip movies-yea remember when they made movies based off those?
