Suitably entertaining crime drama with a dystopian vibe. Ensemble cast of popular character actors do fine with the best being Jodie Foster (surprise surprise). Sterling K. Brown is also quite good as the crook with a heart of gold and Sofia Boutella is such a badass. There's good action to be had but the political commentary is hit or miss and is often too heavy-handed.
