Fun spy thriller about an unlikely secret agent (Taylor) who faints if he sees blood and doesn't like flying. Rod Taylor equips himself admirably as the Bond-lite protagonist Brian Oakes. Trevor Howard lends some gravitas as his no nonsense superior. There's a parade of beautiful women and exotic locations in the film. The subtly dark if still humorous moral ambiguity facing Taylor's character sets it apart from other spy movies of its time.
