As fascinated as I am with that horror subgenre known as giallo, I am often disappointed with it. Oddly enough, I really enjoyed one of the director Mario Bava's other movies BLACK SUNDAY which is a stylish horror classic.
But this one suffers from very bad acting and stilted dialogue. The use of color and the cinematography is very pretty. But that's pretty much it.
