This slow burn thriller lacks the necessary suspense to sustain its running time and even the powerhouse trio of lead actors can't make it that interesting. Denzel Washington's natural charisma and Jared Leto's penchant for playing weirdos almost work. But Rami Malek was miscast as a hotshot detective and there really isn't that much violence.
