Very strange and atmospheric story about a sailor battling a gang of human traffickers in 19th-century Chinatown.
Vincent Price actually plays the hero for once. He has a midget sidekick who’s a pretty good actress. The B&W cinematography is very trippy and dreamlike.
It’s not always coherent and the ending is rather ambiguous.
