Gung-ho action movie about marines battling a Caribbean drug lord and his army of ninjas(?). It’s relentlessly silly just as you would expect from a Golan-Globus movie. The last battle where it’s all crazy with machine guns, sword fighting, and slow motion action is campy fun though.
