Effective spy thriller that does have a bit of a slow start. But once Tyrone Power is on the move, it picks up and becomes more engaging. The twists and intrigue is well handled by Henry Hathaway. Patricia Neal is a delight as a vivacious widow on 'holiday'. Hildegard Knef has a good part as a sympathetic double agent.
