A star-studded but ultimately shapeless star vehicle that was born of hubris and a hellish production history. Warren Beatty took a reported $10 million paycheck to wear a polar bear suit and motorboat Jenna Elfman. In one scene, he and Andie McDowell are caught by Charlton friggin Heston playing sex games with stuffed animals.
This movie wants to be both a screwball comedy and a sex-farce. Think AMERICAN PIE meets GROWING UP BABY with A-listers like Beatty, Goldie Hawn, Diane Keaton, and again, Charlton friggin Heston is in this! Garry Shandling tries to inject some actual humor in the script as a secretly gay man that's actively trying to come out of the closet, but it's not enough to save the movie.
