A vastly superior followup to Ti West’s sleeper hit ‘X’. Mia Goth is wonderful. The mood is creepy and suspenseful. For such a dark story, I am pleased that the production design is actually quite colorful and the cinematography is gorgeous. And when things have to get gory, it doesn’t disappoint.
