Short but sweet romantic drama about two passengers on an ocean liner who fall for each other. Except one is a prisoner being escorted for a murder rap while the other is a frail socialite with a terminal condition. William Powell and Kay Francis work quite well off each other. The ending is schmaltzy but the story earned it by that point.
