Infamously terrible biographical movie about the famed baseball player. It's so over-the-top and so corny that it actually becomes funny to watch. At one point, Babe Ruth literally cures an invalid child so they can walk again. William Bendix looks the part as Babe Ruth but he plays the role as a naive simpleton.
