Robert Rodriguez decides that 2023 is the best time to rip-off Inception and The Matrix. Although allegedly he was working on this for almost twenty years. It shows. It is a bit of a mess but I wasn't bored. It moves quickly and there are a few solid chase scenes. I am a bit surprised that it's an R;there's some blood though it's not that extreme.
