Tommy Lee Jones and Linda Hamilton both star in this stylish if still a bit sloppy genre mishmash. It wants to be a corporate thriller, a heist movie, and a sci-fi mystery. Doesn't always work as entertainment but it's kind of interesting. John Carpenter (Halloween, The Thing, Escape from New York) had a hand in writing the script and it kind of shows. Jones displays some of the droll wit he'd refine in time for the 'Men in Black' movies.
