Just another wildly mediocre spy-comedy that got dumped on Netflix. They do seem to release a lot of these. Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz have no chemistry whatsoever. This is supposed to be her big comeback after 10 years? Yeesh. Not sure if she is actually back in action. (Huh…..huh?)
I will say that Glenn Close is good in this. She’s not given much to work with but she makes the most of it. Also, kudos to Jamie Demetriou for being genuinely funny. He did make me laugh a few times.
The action scenes were mostly forgettable. But there is one bit involving a plane crash and an avalanche that was neat. Bad cgi aside. The main problem with this movie is that everyone looked bored and the movie itself looked cheap.
