This is a beautiful film from Miyazaki's Studio Ghibli, a meditation on how adults come to terms with painful memories from childhood and integrate them into their adult lives. The animation is as beautiful as one would expect from any Studio Ghibli film and the story is moving. Highly recommended for anyone who loves movies about how ordinary people live their lives.
