Action: 1.5/3 + Comedy: 0/2 + Good vs Evil: 1/1 + Love/Sex: 0.5/1 + Special Effects: 0/1 + Plot: 0.5/1 + Music: 0/1 = 3.5 or 35%.
The franchise had obviously run it's course by the second film, which would have made anything decent within this film gravy. Alas, there's really nothing good or clever to note here. Thus, hard-core fans can watch it to see the franchise end. Others can just laugh at the poor scare tactics and perhaps claim that it foreshadows other poor horror films such as Mirrors.
