Ninja Scroll is a dominant piece of anime action on an epic scale. There isn't much not to like here, though the main complaints will be length and the somewhat typical static nature of rogue badass fighters and the inevitable forbidden love side-plot, but the action and execution of this piece is far superior to other cult phenoms such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. So hold on, give in, and witness one of the finest escapist pieces anime has to offer to the action fan!
