Action: 2/3 + Comedy: 1/2 + Love/Sex: 0/1 + Plot: 0.5/1 + Music: 0/1 + Good vs. Evil: 1/1 + Special Effects: 0.5/1 = 5/10 or 50%.
The minor sub-plots here are the most interesting thing: Freddy's hometown is drugging their children so Freddy won't manifest, Freddy and Jason are in hell trying to con their way out. Aside from that, everything is pure Hollywood B-level fluff. When Jason and Freddy finally battle it's somewhat fun, but nowhere near the conclusion we deserve for sitting through the set-up.
