Solid monster movie with a decent plot

I didn't expect to like this movie, but I really did. Sure the idea is a bit preposterous and the croc was clearly on some radioactive drugs that made it faster and smarter than any other, but it was fun to watch. There was a sub-plot of the civil war that was taking place in Burundi and this sub plot was actually pretty decent. It also gave the movie a bit more depth than a movie like Anaconda.
If you like movies like Anaconda or Deep Blue Sea then this movie is your kind of film. I think the plot of this movie is a bit better than those two, the acting was okay and the action sequences were on par. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.
