What an exceptional movie, being based on a true story I was immediately drawn in. Most war movies tend to prosper or be a tragic story, this one managed to be both. A tremendous build up in a thrilling story that will indeed crush your heart with its despicable ending. Benedict Cumberbatch is hands down worthy of a Oscar nom, he fit perfectly for his character. Though I don't believe it was much of a stretch from his previous "Sherlock" performance.
