Great thrill ride science fiction action film that hold extremely true to the passionate vision of the fan-base, of course it is helped greatly by the fact that Michael Bay is himself a huge transformers fan.
The special effects are used precisely for their purposes and nothing more, while the take on the colossal robotic movement is a very appreciated break from large, slow moving unbeatable machines. These transformers move so fast that you may need to watch it several times to catch everything that occurs in a battle. Hard-hitting fights and spectacular explosions abound!
