Probably Isabelle Adjani's Finest Performance

One of my very favorite French movies. Emotionally charged performances, like no other film, it was a crime that Isabelle Adjani lost to Jessica Tandy for Best Actress that year. Sure she was nominated, but a lot of people overlooked her performance just because it was from a French film. Highly recommended.
