Underrated Comedy

I took this social drama pretty seriously until the last part of the movie when it became totally funny (yes the whole thing is supposed to be a comedy, but whatever). Gene Tierney is a good leading lady, but since the time period is the fifties she is very housewifey. Thelma Ritter is great.
