Finally a movie that doesn't pull any punches and is honest as well as enjoyable. The setting of London is glorious and the moments of humor in this drama are well placed. The movie was developed for the two leads, so it felt natural. Before I knew that though, I thought without these two actors (Hoffman/Thompson) it wouldn't have worked half as well.
