Even though this script is very ambitious, covering the intertwining lives of several different people, the movie gets worse and worse as it goes on. The last segment with Glenn Close and Dakota Fanning is good acting-wise, but has very little to do with the rest of the film. Overall, it's skip-able, but while I was watching it, I wanted to finish it instead of turning it off.
