Letter to Jane opened my eyes to the Jane Fonda situation. Growing up, my dad would always spout how anti-American Jane Fonda was. It gave me a newfound appreciation for what she was going through at the time, under attack from everyone. Perhaps the choices she made weren't the wisest, but she stood up for what she believed in.
