I Remember Mama is OK

Not a big fan of Irene Dunne, but this is probably among her top three films; have to admire her accent. Barbara Bel Geddes was interesting as her lovingly daughter and I have enjoyed her in Vertigo and Alfred Hitchcock Presents episodes. It was the only top rated film on IMDB from the '40s I hadn't seen, so I finally checked it out. A story of a Norwegian immigrant family coming to America.
