I love movies that deal with two characters and do not focus on just one. Elinor and Marianne Dashwood are sisters, but are polar opposites of each other. I felt more like Elinor who kept her feelings inside, until the very end of course. The book is an ok read and is pretty much the same, but the actors infuse life into the story and I like the movie much better. Ang Lee is a talented director.
Sometimes he makes a movie that's a little strange like Hulk, but usually he hits the mark with other successes such as Hidden Tiger, Crouching Dragon.
