A funny (yet all too serious) movie in which Fanny Ardant and Emmanuelle Beart play games with each other. Catherine (Fanny Ardant) suspects her husband (Gerard Depardieu) of infidelity. She does whatever it takes to learn the truth and then gets jealous. There is a twist at the end. Surprisingly a good cast. This movie would have been cheesy and maybe boring and maybe even rotten without such great actors. That is the main appeal.
