"A Complete Unknown" wants to be a stellar snapshot of an era defined by unrest, change, and counterculture, and how Bob Dylan was a relevant voice during it. But it begs the question. Is the best way to explore a once in a generation musical talent with a movie that's just like almost every other one about a musician that's been made?
