A unusual love story

One of my favorite films of all time. Two college students communicate to each other over an old radio but soon learn that they are in two different times - one in 1979 and the other in 2000. They also discover how their fates are connected and eventually meet in the end. The last scene made me cry like a baby. The movie also has a beautiful score. I was fortunate enough to find the soundtrack for this movie on CD and listen to it frequently.
