Great movie that cleverly discusses the issue of terrorism, and domestic spying and torture to try and quash it.
There is only a single smoking scene in which the Joker sets fire to a pile of money using a mobster's cigar. The film received a SmokeScreeners Rating of 1 Butt! (http://tinyurl.com/caa373)
