Off & On I grew up in Atlanta, GA and can relate to the people & places shown in this film. Its is somewhat of a parallel image to what I've encountered while living there. Everything from the skating rink on the weekend, to the situations among the close circle of friends is what made me grow an attachment to the city and this film. There is more, but its hard to explain. You'll have to watch to understand it.
