The Greatest Game Ever Played
The Movie Man - wrote on 05/23/09
The Greatest Game Ever Played is a film that had great potential, but doesn't use it. It's a bad thing when overlong movies are slow, that's the case here. The Direction by Bill Paxton is Unique, the Screenplay is Average and the Acting is good. but the film is Very predictable. Shia Lebouf is good as the caddy turned golfer, but it's Josh Flitter that steals every scene he's in. It's not Bad, but it's not good. I'm not a big fan of Bill Paxton's first film 'Frailty' and i'm not much a fan of this one. it's a shame, this one could've been great.
