A movie that succeeds on all levels - acting, directing, writing, etc. A dream cast helped with strong material and Ben Affleck's steady hand at directing are all highlights of the action/crime drama. Not only does Affleck succeed as a director, it's his best acting and role in years, and he's supported by great turns from Jeremy Renner and Jon Hamm. One of the best of the year, hands down.
